Try to minimize the consumption of bad foods gradually; food that is not organic or natural; i.e food with preservatives,chemicals,colorants,irritants,fried,saturated fats,etc,. Remember that bad foods are bad for the skin.

They can poison the skin and cause that more acne appearing on your skin. Therefore it is best to stay away from these foods,especially if you are in the healing phase.


3 - You do not need to remove junk food completely

If you want to eat some junk food like pizza or a burger, that's fine . Just do not give you the pleasure of eating food every time you want too, or not get the best results from your diet. Always keep your food with healthy food .


4 - Drink plenty of water

It is important to keep the body hydrated. Most of our body is made of water, so you need to drink water regularly. If you keep your body cool avoid more problems that pop up in your body, especially the skin .


5 - You should get enough sleep
Let your body rest , because rest helps your body to rejuvenate . This is good for the skin. If you get enough sleep, keep your cool and healthy body. If you lack sleep, your body will not be able to cope to acne properly.


6 - Bowel excretion regularly

Excrete  the intestine regularly to keep your body clean of toxins. Toxins accumulate in the body and cause more acne. Therefore, regular bowel excretion is very important for your skin health.


7 - Keep it up

Keep this dietary habit for as long as you live, and be able to have clear skin without acne permanently. Of course , it is important to enjoy junk foods and foods you love from time to time but remember  maintain this dietary habit most of the time. It is the best method to cure acne and prevent your acne from coming back later.
