How to buy food
Must be performed only in  approved establishments and reject those products or fruits that can be found at flea markets although being cheaper because no one knows how many hands they have passed and the conditions that have been stored, because they can be contaminated by other products.
All foods must be labeled with the source data , composition and consumption or production date.

Do not store in pantry drawers food with cleaning products. You have to use bins trash closed and easy to open  that lift with your foot to avoid touching them with your hands.

Manipulation
Hands should be washed frequently and use rolls of paper towels that are excellent from the hygiene point of view because dishcloths drag germs if not cleaned daily. Do not leave cooked foods more than two hours at room temperature and less foods that contain eggs.

You have to thoroughly wash vegetables and fruits to remove any dirt or germs that they may have. Keep cooked foods separate from raw container. also ensure that the pantry and kitchen does not have any bugs and if is necessary spray once a year.

Eating outside the house
There are many people that for work they have to eat out . In this case they have to look for a restaurant that has visible kitchen to customer where you can check perfect hygiene of the same. However, when eating out, you have to peel the fruit as a precaution. since it has passed through several hands and sometimes the waiters can be illness or cold.
