Food And Cancer

Unfortunately, every time the food quality is more lower , due to the progressive denaturation of the production methods, packaging, storage, etc.

The human being every time receives an increasingly unnatural and unbalanced nutrition, and often begins in early childhood . Even breast milk , the most natural and healthy food for the newborn, often replaced by other synthetic products that can reach determinethe baby health condition for life.

Economic interest has been the cause of the progressive decrease in the quality of food eaten . Are carried out massive food  production to the detriment of their quality.Plants are treated with abundant toxic chemicals, animals are feed of flour and feed naturalized and often toxic.

The biological manipulation of these animals is highly disrespectful to them, and their life is in many painful , painful and undignified for a living being. Air pollution and water also determines the toxicity degree  in birds and fish.

This toxicity in the food we eat logically produce a toxemia increase  ( toxicity index ) of our body. This not only increases the chance of getting cancer, but rather, also many other diseases.

But most important in relation to food is the nutritional imbalance that is commonly practiced. The amount and proportion of the food we eat should be fairly studied and planned otherwise we are consuming  foods that our body does not need , and cease to taking other substances that can be vital for maintaining us in good health.

The next chapter will go into detail about the items that should contain a balanced diet. But it is also important that the source of these elements be as natural as possible and  less polluted and manipulated that we can find.

Generally, the less a product is handled, more healthy and nutritious will be . We may conclude, from the ground to the mouth, with fewer hands in middle is better.
